Kitten Care
Getting a new pet is one of the most exciting things for people. This page is not going to set out basic care as there are many excellent sources of information regarding introducing a new kitten into your household and how to go about training. The following is what we recommend in relation to veterinary care:

Vaccination
Vaccination can be started from as early as nine weeks of age in a kitten. We do advise that the kitten has been in your possession for a few days before the first injection is given. A second injection is given 3-4 weeks following the first vaccination injection. It is not safe to allow your kitten outdoors until 10 days after the second injection.

There is a major decision to be made early on in your kitten's life. This is the decision as to whether or not to vaccinate against a disease called Feline Leukaemia. This can be a fatal viral illness. - We strongly advise that you vaccinate against Feline Leukaemia and annual boosters are given to ensure continued protection.

Neutering
We advise this for both male and female cats. This is done from 4 months of age.
