Radiology (the taking of 'xrays' or radiographs) is a useful tool in the diagnostic armoury of our veterinary surgeons. Radiography is not always the best diagnostic option; we are skilled in its use and only recommend it where appropriate. In certain situations we will send radiographs to specialists for second opinions.
We also take radiographs for submission to the British Veterinary Association for hip and elbow dysplasia scoring.
